Specific conditions
A security deposit of €500 in cash will be required upon collection of the vehicle (a direct debit authorisation can be provided on site in Hensies only, but can also be arranged online). The hirer must provide their bank details and authorises the rental company to deduct from this security deposit any amount due in the event of damage to the vehicle, as well as any additional rental costs (including: late return, insufficient fuel, cleaning costs or fines).
- The vehicle is received clean and with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned in the same condition, otherwise a supplement will be charged.
- Truck limited to 110 km/h for greater safety.
- A rental day is 24h.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
