Specific conditions

  • The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.

  • A security deposit of €3,500 will be requested by CREDIT CARD upon departure of the vehicle or in the automatic email sent in advance for all rentals.
    If the credit limit is not sufficient, a minimum of €1,000 per credit card must be deposited and a cheque must be provided for the remaining amount.

    PLEASE NOTE: be sure to check your credit card limit for pre-authorisation. If the limit is not sufficient, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. This deposit may be used in the event of damage to the truck upon return, if the truck is returned dirty and/or without a full tank of fuel, or for any other additional charges.

Conditions d'annulation modérées

A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
